Senior Transportation Services FAQs

Senior Transportation Services questions, general information and eligibility rules.

We cover all over the county from Micco to Mims.

All of our transportation services are donation based at this time.

You must be at least 55 years of age and/or a veteran for either Senior TranServe or Vets Driving Vets. Since all of our drivers are volunteers we are limited to the amount of clients that we can provide rides to. If eligible and we have the ability to provide services to you, you will have to complete an intake packet and send it back to the department for completion and to add you to the services available. Once complete, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to schedule a ride. Not all rides are guaranteed to be provided due to limited volunteer drivers and the need of service.
