Bone Builders IconBone Builders Program

A FREE strength training, balance exercise and health education program.

Bone Builders is a free senior strength training and health education program offered through AmeriCorps Seniors and Aging Matters in Brevard’s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). During one-hour classes that meet twice weekly, participants lift light hand weights to improve bone and muscle strength, while also working to better their balance. Once a week, instructors discuss important topics related to bone health and nutrition.

Bone Builders instructors are volunteers who receive free training and certification.
