Skip to contentThe Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), a service of Aging Matters in Brevard, is now offering free exercise and health education classes to prevent or delay the progression of osteoporosis in older men and women.
Bone Builders is a volunteer led osteoporosis prevention exercise and education program for older men and women. During one-hour classes that meet twice weekly, participants lift light weights to improve their bone and muscle strength while also working to better their balance. Classes are limited in size, and enrollment is required in advance. Please contact the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program at (321) 631-2749 or RSVP@AgingMattersBrevard.org to register as a participant.
