Skip to contentExercise classes developed by the Arthritis Foundation are offered every Monday and Friday from 11:00 – 12:00. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a low-impact physical activity program proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. The routines include gentle range-of-motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level. This class is funded in part by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the Senior Resource Alliance. Improving fitness only takes following a regular one-hour exercise program twice a week for six months.
There is a customary donation of $3 per class. Classes open to the public.
