SUMMARY:Bone Builders Volunteer Instructors Training Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Bone Builders is a light weight training and exercise program designed to increase bone density and to help prevent osteoporosis. \nThis workshop will train volunteers to be exercise instructors. Volunteer Instructors have a two (2) class per week commitment. Subs fill in as needed. All instructors must be a senior\, 55 & up.
