An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 29, 2017
Join the Sunflower House Walkers as they “walk” to better health. Walkers can participate independently as well as in groups. Improving fitness only takes following a regular one-hour exercise program twice a week for six months. Track your progress for incentive rewards. Sunflower House Walkers enjoy good health, meeting new friends, and refreshments.
